Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the SiliconStaff.Ai website and, where applicable, form part of the agreement between SiliconStaff.Ai ("we", "us", "our") and any client engaging our services. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
SiliconStaff.Ai provides AI workflow automation, custom AI agents, voice AI, AI infrastructure, governance, and related consulting and engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are set out separately in a proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.
2. Free automation audit
Where offered, a free automation audit is provided at no cost and without obligation to proceed with any paid engagement. Recommendations made during an audit are based on the information available at the time and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
3. Engagement models
We offer fixed-scope projects with defined deliverables, and flexible monthly retainers. Payment terms, milestones, and cancellation terms for retainers are agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on the client providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g. to systems, APIs, or data) required to complete the agreed work. Delays caused by missing input from the client may affect timelines.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom systems, workflows, and code built specifically for a client under a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment. Our underlying tools, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing know-how remain our property and may be reused across engagements.
6. Third-party platforms
Our work often integrates third-party AI models, platforms, or infrastructure (for example, providers of language models, voice, or cloud services). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or performance.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information shared with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, unless a separate mutual non-disclosure agreement sets out different terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiliconStaff.Ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Fixed-scope projects are governed by the cancellation terms set out in that project's agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Signed client agreements are governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing, unless amended in writing.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.
